Founded by Kevin Malone, our company is built on over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and home services industry. From cabinet and appliance installations to flooring, windows, and complete punch-out lists, Kevin has worked inside countless homes throughout the Greater Jacksonville area—developing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a home safe and sound.

          After earning his Florida State Home Inspector License, Kevin took his passion and professionalism to the next level, launching Quality Inspections and More to serve the families and real estate professionals of our community. Every inspection we perform is backed by knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to helping others move forward confidently in one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
