At Quality Inspections and More, LLC, we strive to deliver thorough and professional inspection services. By signing the Pre-Inspection Agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the scope, terms, and conditions of the inspection service.
Once the Pre-Inspection Agreement is signed, all payments made are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Quality Inspections and More, LLC. This policy ensures that our time, resources, and professional commitment are respected and protected.
We encourage clients to carefully review the agreement and ask any questions before signing. Should any concerns arise after the inspection is scheduled or completed, we are committed to working with our clients professionally and fairly.
If a refund is granted under special circumstances, it may be partial or full, based on the nature of the concern and the status of the services rendered.
